A Northland producers festival that celebrates the abundance and quality of Northland products and provides a link to the pastoral heritage of the area.
Showcasing the growing profile of the specialist producer and the region’s leading chefs, restaurants and cafes the festival is held in a giant marquee within the Showgrounds adding a unique dimension to the Show calendar
Highlights include continuous cooking demonstrations sponsored by the Northland Chefs Association and support from the newly formed Northland Winegrowers Association who relish the opportunity to interact with the food producers, chefs and most importantly, the consumer.
