Entries for Hall Exhibits can be registered in advance, and delivered on the Thursday and Friday before the Show. They can also be registered and entered on the morning of the Show, but we do advise you that there may be a queue and delay. Please read the requirements below for Show Day before completing the entry form.

On Show Day
Delivery of Exhibits
There is no entry at the Main Gate or into the Showgrounds via vehicle after 7.45am for dropping off Hall Exhibits. We understand this may be frustrating, but we have trade sites setting up, & hundreds of people to co-ordinate logistics, health & safety for, so there are no exceptions.
Collection of Exhibits
All exhibits and prizes are to be collected from 3pm onwards. The committee takes no responsibility for any exhibits that are left in the Hall after this time. Any exhibits that are left in the Hall after Show Day will be disposed of.
No dogs are permitted in the Showgrounds.
Whilst we are sure that your dog is very well-behaved, we do not allow dogs on site. We have horses and cattle on site, and are in a Kiwi-zone. The only allowance is that we allow service dogs on site, and those competing in dog trials. This includes camping and horse trucks.
No exceptions.
