2026 Entries
We have a new process & schedule for entries for the 2026 Show. Please read the information below carefully.
Entry Drop-Off & Judging
Wednesday 11th November 2026
Photography: 2:00–3:30pm
Children’s Art: 2:00–4:00pm
Photography and Children’s Art will be judged on Wednesday afternoon.
Friday 13th November 2026
All other entries: 9:00am–12:30pm
Judging will take place on Friday afternoon.
To help reduce parking congestion and keep everyone safe, we ask that all exhibits are delivered to the hall by 12:30pm on Friday.
NO ENTRIES WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER 12.30PM FRIDAY - NO EXCEPTIONS.
Alternatively, non-perishable entries may be registered on Wednesday between 3:00–4:00pm. You can collect your entry labels, take them home and attach them to your exhibits before bringing them in on Friday.
We recommend bringing exhibits in suitable containers or boxes, which can then be stored neatly under the benches.
On Show Day
The hall will open to the general public at 9am on Show Day for viewing. All judging will have been completed by Friday evening.
Prize & Entry Collection
All entries, prizes and prize money MUST be collected on Show Day between 3:30pm and 4:30pm.
From 3:00pm, Children’s Art and Photography exhibits will be removed from the walls and tables in preparation for collection. Please do not collect any other exhibits from the hall before 3:30pm.
Any entries, prizes or prize money not collected by 4:30pm will be disposed of at the discretion of the Chief Hall Stewards.
Please note: Vehicles will not be permitted onto the showgrounds before 4:00pm.

Entries for Hall Exhibits can be registered in advance, and delivered on the Thursday and Friday before the Show. They can also be registered and entered on the morning of the Show, but we do advise you that there may be a queue and delay. Please read the requirements below for Show Day before completing the entry form.

No dogs are permitted in the Showgrounds.
Whilst we are sure that your dog is very well-behaved, we do not allow dogs on site. We have horses and cattle on site, and are in a Kiwi-zone. The only allowance is that we allow service dogs on site, and those competing in dog trials. This includes camping and horse trucks.
No exceptions.
